A case by ISAT
Requirements: controlling pumps, engines, valves, pH, oxygen levels, water flow and temperature in a water treatment plant for a tannery industry in Brasil.
As a further requirement, enabling remote monitoring from Germany of each step of the process while gathering data and logging them in a server.
Action: a PLC with an onboard server was used for the monitoring and management of supplies. This enables the client to gain remote access by means of the local company ethernet network to download a file to monitor the entire system 24/7 with specific, unique passwords.
