A case by ISAT
Requirements: to restore supervision managing system of a hotel located in Cittadella (Vicenza -Italy), working with LonWork technology, following a PC crash and failing the avaibility of the company that supplied the original service.
Action: there were two possible ways to solve the problem. Rebuilding the whole system or exploiting certain characteristics of a standard product able to communicate with LonWork protocols. The chosen strategy delivered successful result much appreciated by the client as the investment required finally amounted to 25% of the costs of rebuilding the whole system.
