Nebosh to discuss process safety at the Kuwait HSSE Conference
Nebosh will attend the 3rd Kuwait International HSSE Conference and Exhibition where Ian Taylor, Nebosh Chief Executive, will deliver a keynote address on process safety leadership.
Taking place from 9am on 19 February, Ian will be joined by four senior leaders from the process industries.
Kuwait is one of the largest oil producers in the world. The industry accounts for almost half of GDP in the country and employs many thousands of people.
It’s in this type of high hazard industry where process safety management is critically important. This led to the development of one of Nebosh’s newest qualifications: the NEBOSH HSE Certificate in Process Safety Management, developed in partnership with Great Britain’s health and safety regulator the Health and Safety Executive.
The Kuwait International HSSE Conference and Exhibition takes place on 18-20 February, welcoming over 500 companies and 1,000 high profile delegates. This year’s theme will explore ‘transforming HSE culture for a resilient future’.
