Safety & Security Asia 2026: Innovation, Collaboration and Industry Leadership

The Safety & Security Asia 2026, of which S News is Media Partner, will take place from 10–12 November at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre, Singapore.

The Safety & Security Asia portfolio consists of five events: The Security Event Asia, The Fire Safety Event Asia, The Health & Safety Event Asia, Pro Integration Future Asia, and a newly launched show, The Emergency Services Show Asia.

The events are expected to attract more than 13,000 industry professionals, providing an all-encompassing view of regional safety and security priorities and enabling stronger cross-sector collaboration and innovation.

The Health & Safety Event Asia

Building on strong international participation and industry engagement achieved during its inaugural edition in 2025, The Health & Safety Event Asia (HSEA) has established itself as a key platform for exchanging insights on health and safety market trends and evolving regulatory developments across the Asia Pacific region. The 2026 edition is expected to further strengthen cross-border collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the global safety community.

HSEA 2026 will gather more than 3,000 health and safety professionals, and showcase solutions from 75 global leading manufacturers and suppliers.

The Safety Collective Event

A key feature of HSEA 2026 will be the return of the Safety Collective Event, organised by the National Safety Council of Singapore (NSCS). Returning to HSEA for the second consecutive year, the programme is expected to bring together more than 200 speakers, delegates and industry leaders to discuss the latest developments in workplace safety, public safety, risk management, safety culture and emerging regulatory trends.

The International Powered Access Federation

The International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) will also return with an expanded presence, reinforcing its commitment to promoting safe and effective work at height practices across the region. Featuring a larger exhibition stand and a scissor lift on display, IPAF will engage visitors through expert consultations, practical discussions and live equipment demonstrations.

The Emergency Services Show Asia

The Emergency Services Show Asia (ESSA), a new dedicated event for emergency response, public safety and resilience professionals, as part of Safety & Security Asia 2026, brings the proven success and industry expertise of the UK’s renowned Emergency Services Show to one of Asia’s most comprehensive platforms for safety, security and emergency management professionals.

The Emergency Services Show Asia is expected to attract more than 125 leading manufacturers, technology providers and solution suppliers alongside over 5,000 emergency response and public safety professionals from across Asia and beyond.

Learning Programme and Live Demonstrations

A key highlight of The Emergency Services Show Asia will be its partnership with the Asian Association for Emergency Medical Services (AAEMS) and the College of Emergency Physicians to co-locate the 8th Emergency Medical Services Asia (EMS Asia) 2026, one of the region’s leading conferences for prehospital and emergency medical services.

As part of the collaboration, ESSA will host one of the conference tracks and the final round of the EMS Asia Competition 2026, bringing together emergency medical professionals from across the region. Complemented by live demonstrations and hands-on showcases, the programme will provide valuable opportunities for learning, professional development and collaboration, while supporting the advancement of emergency response capabilities across Asia.

Pro Integration Future Asia

This year will be the fourth edition of Pro Integration Future Asia (PIFA), a platform for Professional AudioVisual (AV), Lighting, Immersive Technology and Systems Integration professionals.

PIFA continues to unite the AVL and ICT ecosystem on a dynamic platform where innovation, collaboration and technology convergence take centre stage.

This year’s edition is set to feature more than 200 international and regional exhibiting companies showcasing the latest advancements in AVL, immersive experiences, smart integration and connected technologies across multiple industry sectors.

Expanded Learning Programme to Explore the Future of AVL Integration

A key highlight of PIFA 2026 is its expanded conference programme, featuring thought leadership sessions and panel discussions exploring critical themes such as AV + IT + AI convergence, immersive and spatial experiences, lighting innovation, house of worship technologies and the future of integrated environments. Industry leaders, consultants, integrators and end users will come together to exchange insights on the evolving demands shaping the AVL ecosystem.

New for 2026 is the launch of the Women in AVL Panel Discussion, taking place at the Networking Lounge.
