São Paulo, Brazil. Samsung Techwin, Beta Cavi and Network Video Technologies (NVT) announced a technological partnership. In addition, they will carry out 2013 HD TOUR, a series of workshops which will take place in three Brazilian cities–São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Recife. 2013 HD TOUR will be held in May.

2013 HD TOUR targets design agencies, electronic system integrators, and security management of institutions and enterprises. Its main topic is HD and Full HD video surveillance, focusing specifically system engineering as a whole and usage of new HD-SDI and Megapixel IP technologies.

“The video surveillance market is living especially warm times resulting from launching of new technologies and emergence of new players,” says Pedro Duarte, Vice-President, Samsung Techwin.
“With HD TOUR, we intend to provide knowledgeable elements for designers, system integrators, and security managers to enable them to choose designs to ensure the proper return on investment both to new facilities and when upgrading existent devices,” says Antonio Perez, Sales Manager, NVT Caribe, Central America and South America.

“We will discuss a comprehensive scenario of issues and solutions related to designing and building an updated system based on cabling perspective,” says Luca Cappelletti, Sales and Marketing Director, Beta Cavi. “Today even cabling infrastructure is a key element to quality results, and we intend to convey technical and system engineering knowledge to enable professionals to design end-to-end solutions that can scale through time.”
