Barcelona. Security Forum 2014 is the exhibition to be held on May 28th and 29th in Barcelona’s CCIB, Barcelona’s International Convention Centre, and it will celebrate its second edition. It will bring together some of the worldwide experts in prevention and security and will have the largest national and international commercial offer in its exhibition area.
This event constitutes an exceptional opportunity to meet news, trends and technological advances in the security sector. Security Forum has become the reference event for the security sector. The show, conceived as a space for networking and for professional meetings, takes one more step to enhance its international side and strengthen its innovative character. Security Forum allows companies to optimize time and costs, facilitating the work of visitors when contacting suppliers and potential clients, and gives them the chance to meet entrepreneurs and access to new ideas and emerging trends.
For the first time this year, Security Forum will be featuring the First Congress of Cybersecurity and cybercrime, CyberSecurity, where academics and professionals involved in IT security will be brought together to reflect on the information technologies, communication, computer crime and its impact on society.
With the aim to encourage the entrepreneurial and innovative spirit that is a hallmark of the sector, Security Forum has also enabled a space in the exhibition area where entrepreneurs will show their innovative solutions and technological initiatives. This activity will complement the commercial area which will host a full portfolio of developments, trends and technological advances in the field of comprehensive security.The exhibition area will host all the latest news and trends in the areas of: CCTV, integration systems of physical security, logical security, access control, IP / networks, theft protection and intrusion and fire protection.
Security Forum 2014 will also include a Speak Corner, as in the first edition: a space located in the exhibition area, where companies will have the chance to showcase their innovations and demonstrate their products and solutions in a flexible and continuous way along the day. Dialogues Security Forum will include a full program of lectures which will tackle suggestive issues such as predicting crime, cybercrime, application drone in security services, the social impact of the new Private Security Law or women's role in security, among other topics.
To do so, Security Forum will bring together speakers of international stature and personalities of the security sector in Spain. The event has the support of UDIMA-ANTPJI chair.
