The 7th edition of Battery & Energy Storage Indonesia will be held from 2nd to 4th March 2023 at JIExpo in Jakarta, along with Solartech Indonesia 2023, Smart Energy Indonesia 2023, and Smart Home + City Indonesia 2023. The show will present over 200 exhibiting companies and 15,000 trade visitors, serving as one of the ASEAN’s most prospective one-stop platform for the rechargeable battery and energy storage industry.
The organizers’ invitation is: “Come and meet the manufacturers, suppliers, leaders, decision makers, and engineers at the right time and right place, focusing on the latest developments in the advanced battery and related technology”.
The Indonesian battery market
Indonesia is known as the world’s largest producer of nickel: it has the largest nickel ore reserves in the world (23.7% of global reserves). In addition, Indonesia also has large reserves of cobalt. Large nickel and cobalt reserves will affect battery production: cobalt and nickel components account for 90% of the total battery components.
Battery & Energy Storage Indonesia is one of the on-site battery events to meet up all battery industry players and raw material suppliers. The event will view all aspects of battery from economy value chain, starting form the production through materials, manufacturing, use, safety management, applications, market trends, R&D, second life and recycle of the products, and regulations. The latest innovations will be presented at the exhibition.
