Asean Super 8 Rescheduled

ASEAN Super 8 will be rescheduled from the 20th to the 22nd  October 2020, and it will be held in Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC).

ASEAN Super 8 consists of different trade shows including Asean M&E, Revac Expo, Tenaga Expo, Asean Solar, Asean Light, Asean Lift, Futurebuild Sea, Heavy Mach and IFSEC Southeast Asia.

The show comprises of 8 dedicated events for the construction, engineering, energy, heavy machinery & equipment and security industries.

“The decision to rescheduled ASEAN Super 8, which was originally scheduled from 23 to 25 June 2020 – says Alice Lem, Deputy Event Director, ASEAN Super 8 – is taken with regret after careful consideration and close consultations with the key stake-holders, exhibitors and industry partners due to recent and increasing travel restrictions impacting industry participation and new travel measures enacted by the Malaysia government in light of the COVID-19 situation. This is a challenging time for all of us and believe that the built environment industry will continue to prosper. We sincerely hope that all exhibitors would unite and support the new dates which have been taken from commercial considerations and in your interest. We will continue to work closely with all participants to ensure the success of the show in October.

The Organiser will take the precautionary measures at the exhibition venue for the safety and well-being of all participants at the same time closely monitor the development of the issue and adhere to government’s instruction, make appropriate and necessary adjustment to the exhibition if needed”, Lem ends.
